ASSOCIATED SERVICES. 10.1 The Licensee may request the CEA to provide it with associated services, the features and methods of implementation of which are described in schedule 3 to this Agreement. The Licensee shall notify this request to the CEA, which shall be free to accept or refuse it, depending on its available human and financial resources. In case of acceptance by the CEA, the latter shall send a quote to the Licensee which, if accepted by the Licensee, shall be the subject of a separate agreement.
