Transfer of Shares and withdrawal. Shares in the Fund are not freely transferable and no market for such shares currently exists, nor is one expected to develop. In addition, the Shares are not transferable except with the consent of the Management Company, which generally may be withheld by the Management Company in its sole discretion, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the By-Laws. It may therefore be difficult for an Investor to sell its Shares or obtain reliable information about their value and the extent of the risks to which it is exposed.
