Common use of WASTE DISPOSAL Clause in Contracts

WASTE DISPOSAL. From the date of the Products’ delivery, the Buyer shall be bound by the legal obligations borne by the holder. In particular, and according to the dispositions L.541-2 and following of the Environmental code, the holder is required to dispose of the Products he would hold beyond their date of marketing authorization and to proceed to their destruction.
