Common use of Service of process Clause in Contracts

Service of process. Without prejudice to any applicable law, for the purposes of serving judicial and extrajudicial documents in connection with any action or proceedings referred to above, the Borrower irrevocably chooses its registered office as at the date of this Agreement at the address set out in Clause 16 (Notices) for service of process, and the Lender chooses the address “AFD XXXXX XXXX OFFICE” set out in Clause 16 (Notices) for service of process.
