For the purposes of this Condition 13(D): respect to the Commodity or any of the Commodities (in the case of a Basket of Commodities) are traded if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, such suspension or limitation is material. The Issuer shall give notice as soon as practicable to the Securityholders in accordance with Condition 8 that a Market Disruption Event has occurred.
