Execution times. In accordance with the decree of 29 July 2009 and under article L.314-2 of the Monetary and Financial code, the maximum execution times for payment services are as follows: • If it is made out in euros and intended for a credit institution located in a European Union member state, a payment Transaction initiated on a given working day will be executed by LEMON WAY no later than the following working day; • If it is made out in euros and intended for another Payment Account, a payment Transaction initiated on a given working day will be executed by LEMON WAY no later than said working day.
