Common use of GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION Clause in Contracts

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. This agreement, in its entirety, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. All matters not covered by this agreement are governed by the Italian civil code and the applicable Italian law.
