Method of Payment. Payments will be made by credit or transfer to a Euro account (or any other account to which Euro may be credited or transferred) specified by the payee or, at the option of the payee, by Euro cheque.

Method of Payment. (a) The Issuer will be discharged of its payment obligations in respect of Securities represented by a global Security by payment to, or to the order of, the holder of such global Security in respect of such amount paid. (b) For purposes of any payment on a Security, the Clearing Agents may not be United States persons, as defined for United States Federal income tax purposes, and their respective specified offices may not be located in the United States or any of its possessions. No payment on a Security shall be made by transfer to an account in the United States (including its possessions) or by cheque mailed to an address in the United States (including its possessions).
