WAIVER. The delay or failure of either Party to enforce at any time or for any period of time any of the provisions of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such provisions or of the right of the Party to thereafter seek their enforcement.
WAIVER. If the Participant fails to comply with these General Conditions, failure on the part of ROI GROUP
S.r.l. to exercise its right to act against the Participant does not constitute a waiver of action for violation of commitments made by the same Participant.
