Definizione di Exchange Rate

Exchange Rate means the rate of exchange between the Underlying Currency and the Settlement Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent by reference to such sources as the Calculation Agent may reasonably determine to be appropriate at such time;
Exchange Rate means the applicable rate of exchange for conversion of any amount into EUR for the purposes of determining the Redemp- tion Amount being: o with respect to the NASDAQ100 Index, the European Central Bank Settlement Spot Rate, fixing of the exchange rate of the USD against EUR at 14:15 CET on the Valuation Date, as pub- lished on the Reuters page ECB37, the applicable rate of ex- change for conversion of any EUR amount for the purposes of determining the Redemption Amount is equal to 1 EUR/USD;

Examples of Exchange Rate in a sentence

  • Any amount determined pursuant to the above, if not an amount in the Settlement Currency, will be converted into the Settlement Currency at the Exchange Rate specified in the applicable Final Terms for the purposes of determining the Cash Settlement Amount.

  • If, on or prior to any Valuation Date, the Calculation Agent is unable to obtain the Foreign Exchange Rate, the Calculation Agent may re-base the Securities on Foreign Exchange Rates against another foreign exchange rate determined by the Calculation Agent, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be a comparable foreign exchange rate.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the Terms, the relevant Foreign Exchange Rate shall be defined in the relevant Terms.

  • If there is a Market Disruption Event in respect of any relevant Foreign Exchange Rate on a Valuation Date, the Valuation Date shall be the first succeeding Valuation Business Day on which there is no Market Disruption Event, unless there is a Market Disruption Event on each of the eight Valuation Business Days immediately following the Scheduled Valuation Date.

  • Exchange Rate: The applicable rate of exchange for conversion of any amount into the Settlement Currency for the purposes of determining the Cash Settlement Amount is the European Central Bank Settlement Spot Rates, fixing of the exchange rate of the USD against the EUR at 14:15 CET on the Valuation Date, as published on the Reuters page ECB37.

  • In addition there are other factors (e.g. psychological factors) which are almost impossible to predict, (e.g. a crisis of confidence in the political regime of a country) and which also may have a material impact on a Currency Exchange Rate.

  • Currency and Currency Exchange Rate risk with respect to the Underlying or its components If the Underlying or its components are denominated in a currency other than the Specified Currency, there is a Currency Exchange Rate risk, as long as it is not excluded in the relevant Final Terms.

  • If the Securities are denominated in a currency (the "Specified Currency") other than the currency of the jurisdiction where a Security Holder is domiciled or where the Security Holder seeks to receive funds, there is a Currency Exchange Rate risk (as described in Currency Exchange Rate risk).

  • Per il Prezzo di Regolamento, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ dovuta ▇▇▇▇ uguale al Prezzo dei Currency-Hedged Commodity Securities rilevanti, calcolato nel relativo Giorno di Determinazione del Prezzo (Pricing Day) e convertito in Dollari Statunitensi ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ di Cambio del Regolamento (Settlement Foreign Exchange Rate) applicabile alla classe rilevante nel relativo Giorno di Determinazione del Prezzo.

  • If for any reason any such rate does not appear, the Calculation Agent will determine the applicable Exchange Rate by reference to such other sources as it may determine in its sole discretion.
