If, on or prior to any Valuation Date, the Calculation Agent is unable to obtain the Foreign Exchange Rate, the Calculation Agent may re-base the Securities on Foreign Exchange Rates against another foreign exchange rate determined by the Calculation Agent, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be a comparable foreign exchange rate.
Unless otherwise specified in the Terms, the relevant Foreign Exchange Rate shall be defined in the relevant Terms.
If there is a Market Disruption Event in respect of any relevant Foreign Exchange Rate on a Valuation Date, the Valuation Date shall be the first succeeding Valuation Business Day on which there is no Market Disruption Event, unless there is a Market Disruption Event on each of the eight Valuation Business Days immediately following the Scheduled Valuation Date.
