Definizione di Exchange Rate

Exchange Rate means the rate of exchange between the Underlying Currency and the Settlement Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent by reference to such sources as the Calculation Agent may reasonably determine to be appropriate at such time;
Exchange Rate means the applicable rate of exchange for conversion of any amount into the relevant Specified Currency for the purposes of determining the Differential Amount is the European Central Bank Settlement Spot Rate, fixing of the exchange rate of the USD or JPY against EUR at 14:15 CET on the Exercise Date, Automatic Exercise Date or the Expiration Date, as applicable, as published on the Reuters page ECB37. * if applicable.

Examples of Exchange Rate in a sentence

  • If, on or prior to any Valuation Date, the Calculation Agent is unable to obtain the Foreign Exchange Rate, the Calculation Agent may re-base the Securities on Foreign Exchange Rates against another foreign exchange rate determined by the Calculation Agent, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be a comparable foreign exchange rate.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the Terms, the relevant Foreign Exchange Rate shall be defined in the relevant Terms.

  • If there is a Market Disruption Event in respect of any relevant Foreign Exchange Rate on a Valuation Date, the Valuation Date shall be the first succeeding Valuation Business Day on which there is no Market Disruption Event, unless there is a Market Disruption Event on each of the eight Valuation Business Days immediately following the Scheduled Valuation Date.
