Delivery Terms. 5.1 Delivery times and dates agreed upon are binding. The receipt of the goods at the Purchaser's plant or the agreed destination shall be relevant with regard to the compliance with delivery times and dates. 5.2 If the Parties did not agree on "DDP" for deliveries, the Vendor shall prepare the goods for delivery in time taking into account the usual times for loading and shipping. 5.3 The Vendor shall inform the Purchaser without undue delay in writing in case circumstances occur or become apparent due to which the agreed delivery dates and times cannot be met.
Delivery Terms. Ex-works, the transfer of ownership of the purchased goods occurs when the equipment is available to the buyer at the seller's premises or at the place indicated by the seller, even if the transport is hired by the seller at the buyer's request, always bearing the transport risk on behalf of the buyer, subject to the conditions and insurance of the carrier. When the DAP incoterm is specifically agreed upon, the transfer of ownership takes place when the equipment is placed at the customer's disposal at the previously agreed location.
Delivery Terms. Unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Order, Products shall be delivered DDP Buyer’s Plant (Incoterms 2010). Supplier shall be responsible for all costs of packaging, handling, sorting, storage, shipping, insurance, customs duties and other transportation charges, except if otherwise provided for in the Purchase Order. No charge shall be made to Buyer for drayage, demurrage, storage or returnable containers, unless otherwise provided in the Purchase Order.
Delivery Terms. 13.1.1 Unless otherwise designated in the Purchase Order, delivery of the Contractual Products shall be made “FCA [designated destination]” (as that term is defined in Incoterms 2010 Edition). The place and time of delivery shall be stated in the Purchase Order. 13.1.2 The Contractual Products must be delivered in accordance with the logistics requirement agreed upon in the Contract. In particular, the delivery documents must conform to the requirements specified therein.
