Transfers and Assignments. Any rights and claims affected by, created by, or restructured by this Plan may be assigned or transferred, totally or partially, by the respective Covered Creditor to any Person without the need of any prior approval or consent from the Debtor. Any such assignment or transfer shall be communicated to the Debtor within 5 (five) days before a certain payment is due.
