1Permitted Uses. Tenant may erect and maintain on the Premises improvements, personal property, and facilities, including, but not limited to a communications facility, which may include a suitable support structure, including without limitation the Tower, radio transmitting and receiving antennas, communications equipment, equipment cabinets and/or shelters, and related facilities for the transmission and reception of communications signals and the installation, maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of its communications fixtures and related equipment, cables, accessories and improvements as well as any and all pipes, conduits and wires related to the utility infrastructure (collectively, the “Communication Facility”). The equipment to be installed and the location of the Communication Facility on the Premises is shown on the Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit B. Landlord and Tenant agree that Exhibit B shows the initial installation of the Communication Facility and the equipment and other personal property to be placed on the Premises under this Lease. Landlord and Tenant agree that said Exhibit does not limit Tenant’s rights under this Lease to improve, modify, replace, supplement, upgrade or remove the Communication Facility or any part thereof during the Term of this Lease, provided that Tenant complies with the provisions of this Lease. During the Term of this Lease, Tenant has the right to install and operate transmission cables from the equipment shelter or cabinets to the antennas, electric lines from the main feed to the equipment shelter or cabinet and communication lines from the main entry point to the equipment shelter or cabinets, and to make reasonable improvements, alterations, modifications, replacements or additions appropriate for Tenant’s or subtenants’ use within the Premises, subject to the provisions set forth herein. The use of diesel is not permitted on the Premises.

1Permitted Uses. The Premises shall be used for [_____________] (collectively, the “Permitted Uses”) and for no other purpose. The Tenant expressly agrees for itself, its successors and assigns to prevent the use of the Premises for purposes which will create or result in hazards to flight such as, but not limited to, purposes which will (i) produce electrical interference with radio communications, (ii) make it difficult for pilots to distinguish between airport lights and others, (iii) project glare in the eyes of pilots (except for solar panels constructed in accordance with all applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or legal requirements), (iv) impair visibility in the vicinity of the airport, or (v) otherwise endanger the landing, taking off or maneuvering of the aircraft.

  • Permitted Uses Tenant may use the Property only for the Permitted Uses set forth in Section 1.06 above.

  • Permitted Use Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the Permitted Use set forth in Section 7 of the Summary and Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises or the Project to be used for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion.

  • Additional Permitted Uses In addition to those purposes set forth in the Agreement, Business Associate may use PHI for the following additional purposes:

  • Permitted Users Client may access and use only the Course Materials to which Client has subscribed, and such access and use is limited to the number of users identified in the Order Form and any subsequent Orders placed under an Order Form, and for the Contract Term. Orders for additional Subscriptions may be agreed by the parties from time to time under a particular Order Form, and shall set forth the number of additional Subscriptions, the total Subscription Fees payable therefore, and any other terms and conditions relating to such Order (each, an “Order”). Each Order Form and each Order, upon execution by both parties, shall form a part of this Agreement, and shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof. An Order may take the form of a supplementary document signed by each party or acknowledged by each party electronically (whether by facsimile transmission, email or by other similar reliable means evidencing the intent of the parties). Each Order shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and shall be incorporated herein by reference. A Subscription is limited to use by one individual user and may not be transferred to another user.

  • Permitted and Prohibited Uses 1.1. The Data may only be used for linguistic education and research, including but not limited to information retrieval, document understanding, machine translation or speech recognition.

  • Restricted Uses Without limiting the unsupported or prohibited use cases identified in the Stripe Identity Permitted Businesses list, you must not, and must not enable or allow any other party to:
