2 - Provide Operations Personnel Training for Inpatient Pharmacy under COUNTY Purchase Order Numbers S41721 and S41722 and COUNTY Other Professional Services Request Numbers HUMC-6040-R and OVMC-174-R For each of HUMC and OVUMC, if requested in writing by COUNTY's Project Director, for each course applicable to this Subtask 31.2 as specified in Attachment E (Operations Personnel Training) to this Exhibit A, CONTRACTOR shall provide, or arrange for the provision of, standard operations training from System vendors, to COUNTY personnel the number of days of standard training as specified in Attachment E (Operations Personnel Training) to this Exhibit A. As promptly as practicable following the Effective Date, CONTRACTOR shall provide COUNTY's Project Director a syllabus for such training in order to assure COUNTY of the efficacy of such training. For each of HUMC and OVUMC, if requested in writing by COUNTY’s Project Director, CONTRACTOR shall provide, or arrange for System vendors to provide, one (1) copy per COUNTY attendee of training materials for training specified in this Subparagraph 31.3 and Attachment E (Operations Personnel Training) to this Exhibit A. 31.4 DELIVERABLE 31.2 - COMPLETE OPERATIONS PERSONNEL TRAINING FOR INPATIENT PHARMACY UNDER COUNTY PURCHASE ORDER NUMBERS S41721 AND S41722 AND COUNTY OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REQUEST NUMBERS HUMC-6040-R AND OVMC-174-R For each of HUMC and OVUMC, if requested in writing by COUNTY's Project Director pursuant to Subparagraph 31.3 (Subtask 31.2 - Provide Operations Personnel Training for Inpatient Pharmacy under COUNTY Purchase Order Numbers S41721 and S41722 and COUNTY Other Professional Services Request Numbers HUMC- 6040-R and OVMC-174-R), CONTRACTOR shall successfully provide, or arrange for System vendors to provide, to COUNTY personnel all standard training pursuant to Subparagraph 31.3 (Subtask 31.2 - Provide Operations Personnel Training for Inpatient Pharmacy under COUNTY Purchase Order Numbers S41721 and S41722 and COUNTY Other Professional Services Request Numbers HUMC-6040-R and OVMC-174-R), as specified in Attachment E (Operations Personnel Training) to this Exhibit A, and associated training materials as subdeliverables as follows:

Works closely with other IT groups and customers to define the system design and user interface based on customer needs and objectives. Participates in all phases of the development and implementation process, and may act as a project manager on special projects. Ensures the integration of the Web servers and all other supporting systems. Responsible for system tuning, optimization of information/data processing, maintenance and support of the production environment.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • Supervisor Training Topics include:

  • Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Subrecipient shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Subrecipient’s efforts in fulfilling Subrecipient’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Subrecipient’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with County, shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager.   • DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE 4.1. Direct Personnel Expense of employees engaged on the Project by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER includes ARCHITECT/ENGINEERS, other engineers, designers, job captains, draftsmen, specification writers and typists, in consultation, research and design in producing Drawings, Specifications and other documents pertaining to the Project, and in services during construction at the site.
