Personnel Training. Patheon will give appropriate training to its employees. Each person engaged in the manufacture, packaging, testing, storage, and shipping of the Product will have the education, training, and experience necessary, consistent with current GMP and safety training requirements.
Personnel Training. In order to promote and improve the quality of after-sales service, Party B shall ensure an appropriate number of maintenance service personnel with considerable professional quality and training. Depending on the circumstances, Party A shall arrange for Party B's maintenance service personnel with considerable professional quality to carry out appropriate commodity knowledge and technical training.
Personnel Training. Xxxxxx maintains a documented security awareness and data privacy training programs for its personnel, including but not limited to onboarding and annual training to aid in the prevention of unauthorized use or disclosure of sensitive data and how to effectively report and respond to security incidents. Xxxxxx also conducts role-based security awareness training for its employees. All records for onboarding and annual training are documented and retained for tracking purposes.
Personnel Training. A. Training and Continuing Education Program Requirements:
1. Contractor shall maintain approval in Stanislaus County as an EMS Continuing Education Provider (CE provider), as defined in California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 9, Chapter 11:
a. Contractor must provide a comprehensive training/education program for all paramedic and EMT personnel. Joint training sessions for ambulance and fire service first responders are encouraged. Such a program shall be subject to approval by MVEMSA and include, but not be limited to:
i. Advanced training for EMT staffing ALS ambulances;
ii. Orientation to the Stanislaus County EMS System;
iii. Customer service and cultural sensitivity;
iv. Pre-accreditation field evaluation for paramedics; and
v. Post-accreditation education, supervision, evaluation.
Personnel Training. Mesa shall hire, engage, employ and maintain a sufficient number of competent, trained personnel and subcontractors, including, but not limited to pilots, flight attendants, ground crew, maintenance and cleaning personnel, baggage handling personnel and customer service personnel necessary to provide the Flight Services and Other Services as required by this Agreement. Subject to FAA approval, CRJ pilots shall be qualified to fly all models of CRJs providing Flight Services pursuant to this Agreement. CRJ pilots shall not be scheduled or dedicated to any particular model line of CRJs without the prior written consent of AWA. In addition, Mesa shall employ and maintain a commercially reasonable number of reserve pilots and flight attendants based in the Phoenix Metropolitan area based on the Flight Services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement. Mesa shall cause all Mesa personnel providing Flight Services or Other Services to wear uniforms approved by AWA and shall comply with all appearance guidelines required of all AWA personnel. Mesa shall provide initial training, recurrent training and customer service training to personnel and subcontractors reasonably identified by AWA at programs approved by AWA. AWA shall provide applicable training materials. In the event AWA becomes a hazardous materials carrier, Mesa, at AWA’s expense, shall conduct all hazardous materials training required by AWA or AWA’s other code share partners.
Personnel Training. Employees shall receive appropriate training in data protection before they are granted access to Personal Data.
Personnel Training. Manager will provide and direct employee recruitment, instructional programs, incentives, and on-the-job training necessary to ensure a first class facility for the playing of Lottery Facility Games by the public. Such trainings and other programs for personnel are subject to the Executive Director’s approval, but may be conducted on or off site, on the job, or by instructors at or from educational training facilities.
Personnel Training. Snowflake maintains a documented security awareness and training program for its personnel, including, but not limited to, onboarding and on-going training.
Personnel Training. Manager shall outline in writing the training needs of the Property Staff and establish a training program that will teach, maintain and improve the technical proficiency of each member in his or her assigned job.
Personnel Training. Commencing six (6) months prior to the scheduled date for Provisional Acceptance of the Facility, Contractor shall provide on-site classroom training for Owner's and its designee's personnel in the operation and maintenance of the Facility including, without limitation, safety training, all as more fully described in Appendix A hereto. Contractor shall provide on-the-job training during the start-up and initial operation phase of the Facility. Such training shall be provided in its entirety in English and shall be designed to offer basic instruction and training to reasonably well-qualified (as reasonably determined by Owner) power plant personnel and shall be of such quality so as to provide such personnel with a comprehensive understanding of all operational and maintenance aspects of the Facility and shall include instruction related to the major components of the Facility, including without limitation the following: the gas turbine generators, heat recovery steam generators, steam turbine generator, make-up water and water treatment facilities, air treatment facilities, plant controls, cooling tower and distributed controls. Contractor will provide a minimum of twenty (20) copies in English of appropriate manuals and other written materials as part of the training program. In addition, Contractor's training of Owner's personnel shall include coordination of any Subcontractor training sessions in a manner sufficient to provide such personnel with an adequate understanding of the operation and maintenance aspects of each dimension of the Facility as an integrated whole, all as more fully described in Appendix A hereto.
