2013 Summer Season Work Cycle Dispatch i. MM&P shall attempt to provide a representative to observe the filling of jobs each work cycle for the 2013 Summer Season. If MM&P is unable to provide a representative to observe the filling of jobs for the 2013 Summer Season, they shall provide a representative to observe the filling of jobs for the 2013 Fall Season.
