505-Preparation and Preview of Director’s Cut. In lieu of the ten (10) week period provided for the accomplishment of the Director’s Cut in BA Paragraph 7- 505(b)(1), Employer shall provide a minimum eight (8) week period for the accomplishment of the Director’s Cut followed by a screening of the Director’s Cut pursuant to BA Paragraph 7-505(d). Employer may view and have access to materials from the editor’s assembly for the purpose of preparing trailers and marketing materials provided the Director is present, Employer does not impede the completion of the assembly or the preparation of the Director’s Cut, and Employer does not cut behind the Director. The preview of the Director’s Cut or of the Picture may be screened on video of not less than digital on-line quality, for no less than 25 people exclusive of Employees and family of Employer. DGA will consider in good faith requests to screen the Director’s Cut on broadcast quality resolution video. The Director will be notified of any preview as per the BA. Employer will send the Director to any preview conducted by the company outside of Los Angeles or Orange County as per the BA; the Director need not be flown in first class, but will fly in the best class afforded by Employer to anyone else attending the preview. These obligations do not apply to previews conducted by third-party distributors, unless such party is signatory to the DGA Basic Agreement.

  • Committee Composition and Selection 1. The committee shall be comprised of eight members as follows: • five Teachers • three administrators

  • Composition and Meetings The Committee shall be comprised of equal number of representatives of the hospital and from the Union. The number of representatives is to be determined locally, and shall consist of at least two representatives from each party. Meetings of the Committee shall be held during normal working hours. Representatives attending such meetings during their regularly-scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. The Hospital shall make typing and other such clerical assistance available as required. Each party shall appoint a co-chair for the Committee. Co-chairs shall chair alternate meetings of the committee and will be jointly responsible for establishing the agenda of the Committee meetings, preparing minutes and writing such correspondence as the Committee may direct. Disclosure To allow the Labour Adjustment Committee to carry out its mandated role under this Article, the Hospital will provide the Committee with pertinent financial and staffing information and with a copy of any reorganization plans which impact on the bargaining unit. Accountability The Committee shall submit its written recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital and the Board of Trustees. Where there is no consensus within the Committee, the individual members of the committee shall be entitled to submit their own recommendations. Any agreement between the Hospital and the Union resulting from the above review concerning the method of implementation will take precedence over the other provisions of this agreement.

  • SCHOOL STAFF COMMITTEES 1. If the majority of the teaching staff in the school so decide, there shall be established a recognized staff committee in that school.

  • School Board Review The School Board reserves the right to review any decision issued under Level I or Level II of this procedure provided the School Board or its representative notifies the parties of its intention to review within ten (10) days after the decision has been rendered. In the event the School Board reviews a grievance under this section, the School Board reserves the right to reverse or modify such decision.

  • Pre-Operations Meeting PURCHASER shall meet with STATE no later than 30 days from execution of the contract to discuss the Threatened and Endangered Species survey, protection, and planning requirements. Operations Plan. PURCHASER shall prepare an Operations Plan for all operations to be conducted under this contract and submit the plan to STATE at least 5 calendar days prior to commencement of any operation. This plan shall be prepared on a form provided by STATE, and shall be used for all types of operations, including road maintenance, project work, logging, and postharvest requirements. STATE may require an on-site meeting prior to approval of the plan, attended by PURCHASER, subcontractor, and STATE representatives. STATE's approval of the plan must be obtained prior to commencement of any operation, and PURCHASER must comply with this plan. If PURCHASER fails to comply with any of the terms of the plan, including completion dates, STATE may, after giving written notice, suspend PURCHASER's operations until such time as an acceptable alternate plan is submitted by PURCHASER and that alternate plan is accepted by STATE, as provided in Section 29, "Violations, Suspensions, and Cancellation." PURCHASER shall notify STATE whenever operations will be inactive for more than 3 days, and again when operations will be resumed. Upon approval by STATE, the Operations Plan shall automatically be incorporated into, and made part of, this contract. PURCHASER's strict compliance with the Operations Plan, as approved by STATE, is a material condition and covenant of this contract. STATE has prepared the required Forest Practices Act (FPA) "Written Plan" for operations within 100 feet of Type F or Type D streams. Any changes to the plan must have STATE approval.
