Level Three - Superintendent Within ten (10) days of receipt of the decision rendered by the Executive Director of Human Resources, any party in interest may appeal the Director’s decision to the Superintendent, or designee, on forms provided by the School District and the Association. The appeal shall include a copy of the decisions of Level One and Level Two and the grounds for regarding the decision as incorrect. Within ten (10) days after receipt of the appeal, the Superintendent, or designee, shall communicate the decision in writing to all parties in interest. The decision shall include supporting reasons therefor.

Disaster Relief Contract Violation Under Sections 2155.006 and 2261.053 of the Texas Government Code, PSP certifies that the individual or business entity named in the response or Agreement is not ineligible to receive the specified Agreement and acknowledges that this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
Level Two - Superintendent of Schools a. If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, within three (3) days after the decision is rendered or within eight (8) days after his/her formal presentation, file his/her grievance with the Superintendent.
Independent Contractor; No Partnership; No Agency; No Utility Services 15.1 Company and Developer shall be independent contractors. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, joint venture, agency relationship, or partnership between the Parties or to impose any partnership obligation or partnership liability upon any Party. No Party shall have any right, power or authority to enter into any agreement or undertaking for, or act on behalf of, or to act as or be an agent or representative of, or to otherwise bind, the other Party.
