Absence from Work Station. A Xxxxxxx or Association officer who represents 12 a grievant or the Association at a meeting or grievance hearing pursuant to this Article, shall 13 be permitted to be present without loss of pay, following reasonable notice to the Health 14 Administrator. One (1) Representational Xxxxxxx or Association officer shall be permitted to 15 be present without loss of pay.
Absence from Work Station. Except for the provisions of Article 19.7.7, union stewards representing employees or the Union at the meetings and hearings provided for in this article shall be permitted, after notice to the immediate supervisor, to leave their assigned work areas without loss of pay during their attendance at such meetings or hearings.
