Full-time faculty teaching e-learning courses are expected to be professionally available and maintain a substantial level of contribution to the campus community (students, staff, and administrators) comparable to peers teaching face-to-face courses. They must continue to meet all college governance/service obligations and maintain face-to-face office hours on campus proportional to their face-to-face teaching load.
