Academic Report. This report will monitor each student’s progress, before the end of each academic year as certified by advisors and as evidenced by transcripts, provide general summations in cases of satisfactory progress and a written “alert” to the appropriate agency in case(s) of unsatisfactory progress by fellow(s).

Academic Report. A person who is teaching a course for which degree credit is granted by the college upon successful completion of the course shall receive an Academic Report once each year signed by the Director of Continuing Education or his/her designee. This report shall state that services are satisfactory or unsatisfactory. Where the report indicates unsatisfactory service, the reasons for concluding that services are unsatisfactory shall be set forth. The person may respond to the Academic Report and if such response is received it should be attached to the report. This provision shall not apply to any person who is also a member of the full-time or adjunct teaching staff of the College. In such instances, the Director shall have access to the College's personnel files for the person.

Such audits shall be at the expense of the Servicer.

  • Dissemination of own Results 8.3.1.1 During the Project and for a period of 1 year after the end of the Project, the dissemination of own Results by one or several Parties including but not restricted to publications and presentations, shall be governed by the procedure of Article 29.1 of the Grant Agreement subject to the following provisions. Prior notice of any planned publication shall be given to the other Parties at least 45 calendar days before the publication. Any objection to the planned publication shall be made in accordance with the Grant Agreement in writing to the Coordinator and to the Party or Parties proposing the dissemination within 30 calendar days after receipt of the notice. If no objection is made within the time limit stated above, the publication is permitted.

This notice shall include particulars of the work performance which led to such dissatisfaction. The employee’s reply to such complaint, accusation or expression of dissatisfaction shall become part of his/her personnel file.
