Common use of Academic Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Academic Responsibilities. All members of the University community are expected to relate in a professional manner. It is the responsibility of administration and faculty to ensure that members of the University community are free from being subject to abuse, threats, intimidation, bullying, discrimination or unprofessional behavior. The definition of a safe working environment (see Section 6.02) shall include ethical and professional standards as defined (Section 15.02Error!
