Accept and Process Data. CMS, or its designated agent(s), and the State shall accept and process uniform person-level Participant Data, for the purposes of program eligibility, payment, and evaluation. Submission of data to the State and CMS must comply with all relevant Federal and State laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, regulations related to HIPAA and to electronic file submissions of patient identifiable information. Such data will be shared by each party with the other party to the extent allowed by law and regulation. This is discussed in more detail in Appendix 7. CMS and the State shall streamline data submissions for the FIDA-IDD Plan wherever practicable.

Submission of data to the Commonwealth and CMS must comply with all relevant Federal and State laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, regulations related to HIPAA and to electronic file submissions of patient identifiable information. Such data will be shared by each party with the other party to the extent allowed by law and regulation. This is discussed in more detail in Appendix 7. CMS and the Commonwealth shall streamline data submissions for Participating Plans wherever practicable.

  • Evaluation Process A. The immediate supervisor will meet with an employee at the start of the employee’s probationary, trial services, transition, and annual review period to discuss performance expectations. The employee will receive copies of their performance expectations as well as notification of any modifications made during the review period. Employee work performance will be evaluated during probationary, trial service and transition review periods and at least annually thereafter. Notification will be given to a probationary or trial service employee whose work performance is determined to be unsatisfactory.

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Project Information Except for confidential information designated by the City as information not to be shared, Consultant agrees to share Project information with, and to fully cooperate with, those corporations, firms, contractors, public utilities, governmental entities, and persons involved in or associated with the Project. No information, news, or press releases related to the Project, whether made to representatives of newspapers, magazines, or television and radio stations, shall be made without the written authorization of the City’s Project Manager.

  • Course Materials The adoption of any course materials, print or electronic, after a Course Agreement is signed will require an agreed and signed addendum.
