Participant Data definition

Participant Data means any and all Transaction Data submitted or otherwise reported to the Company by a Participant regarding any and all transactions entered into by such Participant.
Participant Data has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(d). “Participation Fee” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a). “Payment Date” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7(b).
Participant Data means information specific to the Participant and pertinent to the accurate remittance of Employer or Participant remittances.

  • For clarity, notwithstanding any expiration or termination of the Consortium or this Agreement, Solutions may continue to use all De-identified Data Outputs and Research Results based on submitted Consortium Participant Data on a perpetual, irrevocable basis.

  • As between Solutions and each Consortium Participant, each Consortium Participant will retain sole ownership (subject to the licenses set forth in Section 3.01) of its Consortium Participant Data.

  • All Identifiable Consortium Participant Data Outputs and Work Product derived therefrom is hereby solely owned (subject to license set forth in Section 3.05) by the Consortium Participant that supplied the underlying Consortium Participant Data.

  • Solutions, Data Firm(s) and other third parties may derive work product through its Use of the Data, Identifiable Consortium Participant Data Outputs, De- identified Data Outputs, and Research Results (collectively, the “Work Product”).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any Intellectual Property of Solutions, whether conceived, created, developed, discovered, or reduced to practice solely by Solutions or jointly with another Party hereto, that are algorithms, formulae or other methodology developed or used in connection with this Agreement, any Consortium Participant Data, Data or Outputs and Results shall be deemed to be the Background IP of Solutions and no rights to such Intellectual Property are granted to any Party hereunder.


More Definitions of Participant Data

Participant Data means the data specified by RESET, including information on the Participant’s risk positions and any risk criteria which the Participant wishes to be used in identifying any Identified Transactions to be arranged or executed, as the case may be, that is required for the Participant to participate in a RESET Session.
Participant Data means the Data Assets submitted by Participant into the Data Republic Databases. Participant Data Updates means additional Participant Data or changes to the Participant Data, following the initial provision to Data Republic of the first tranche of Participant Data.
Participant Data means any information or data shared with the Organisation by Participants on or through the Services, including Profiles, questions, and responses to them (as applicable);
Participant Data means any personal data of the participants of a Study (e.g., patients or subjects), which may be processed by Castor on behalf of the client in accordance with the relevant Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) (if necessary).
Participant Data means the Data Assets submitted by Participant into the Data Republic Databases.
Participant Data means all research participant user data and other information, including but not limited to all of the data set forth in the Privacy Policy about participants, such as account data, personal data, study data, and including any Personally Identifiable Information and/or Protected Health Information of research participants. “Protected Health Information” shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).
Participant Data means any and all data and other information submitted to the Javelin SEF by or through a Participant or Customer of a Participant or Sponsored Person (including, without limitation, any information regarding any and all orders or RFQs of such Participant or Customer or Sponsored Person).
