ACCESS Access To Venue. The WPMC has an obligation to all personnel and visitors to protect their health and safety whilst on site. In addition, as Organizer, contractors or individuals accessing the site, there is a reciprocal obligation to ensure that work activities do not endanger the safety of workers or others. The Organizer shall be responsible in ensuring all persons entering the WPMC premises including but not limited to its contractors, workers, participants and spectators to comply with access control measures. The Organizer shall be responsible for all persons undertaking work at the WPMC in that they must comply with the following requirements: • Access control instructions issued by the WPMC Security Command Center; • All contractors are responsible for their sub-contractor and employees’ access.

ACCESS Access To Venue. BCCK has an obligation to all personnel and visitors to protect their health and safety whilst on site. In addition, as Exhibition Organisers, contractors or individuals accessing the site, there is a reciprocal obligation to ensure that work activities do not endanger the safety of workers or others. As an Exhibition Organiser, BCCK places a responsibility on you to ensure all persons undertaking work are supplied with a copy of the agreement and arrangements are made with the Building Services Department prior to the event, for the workers to comply with the agreement. BCCK also requires all persons entering the complex to comply with access control measures. As an Exhibition Organiser, BCCK places a responsibility on you to ensure all persons entering the BCCK, being workers, exhibitor or others comply with access controls. All persons undertaking work at BCCK must comply with the following requirements: i. Enter into the contractors agreement ii. Comply with pass requirements iii. Advise the Security Command Center of the details of all persons requiring a pass, before they arrive at BCCK. iv. Return the pass each time you leave the BCCK. v. All supervisors are responsible of the passes of their employees. Passes will be issued in series. Failure to return any pass which results in compromising the pass series will result in a charge to the contractor or worker of RM50. i. Welding and spray painting are strictly prohibited in all covered areas of the Centre. ii. Fabrications or constructions are to be done in a manner that do not disrupt or interfere with the other users of BCCK. iii. All finishes within the hall and/or areas where constructed items are to rest, and routes where goods are to be ferried through, shall be adequately and appropriately protected. iv. No parts, sections or items of BCCK shall be used as workbenches. v. Contactor is to remove immediately all wastes and debris from the premises on a daily basis. vi. No smoking, eating or drinking (Including Alcoholic Drinks) is allowed in the halls and/or function areas during build-up and tear down. vii. The contractor shall at all times exercise due care and caution whilst performing his job so as not to inflict any form of damage to any part of BCCK. Damages arising from the contractor’s work(s) shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost. This Agreement has been executed and delivered in the State of California and the validity, enforceability and interpretation of any of the clauses of this Agreement shall be determined and governed by the laws of the State of California. 19.2. Nothing herein shall affect the right of the Administrative Agent to serve process in any other manner permitted by law or to commence legal proceedings or to otherwise proceed against the Borrower in any other jurisdiction. (b) The Borrower hereby irrevocably waives any objection which it may now or hereafter have to the laying of venue of any of the aforesaid actions or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Credit Agreement or any other Credit Document brought in the courts referred to in subsection (a) hereof and hereby further irrevocably waives and agrees not to plead or claim in any such court that any such action or proceeding brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.   • Forum Selection, Jurisdiction, and Venue The parties agree that any lawsuit filed by either party to this Agreement related to or arising out of this Agreement or Contractor’s performance of work under this Agreement must be brought in a Georgia court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in Chatham County, Georgia, or in a Federal court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in the Southern District of Georgia. Contractor agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of any such court and agrees that any such court shall be a proper venue for any lawsuit related to or arising out of this Agreement or Contractor’s performance of work under this Agreement. Contractor agrees to waive in advance any defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction or improper venue in any such court.
