Access and Service Safety. Customer will provide Xoft and its designee’s reasonable and safe access to all Controllers for the provision of any Services and for any audit of compliance with Xoft installation and operational guidelines. If environmental or operational contamination creates a hazard for Xoft personnel, Xoft may supervise Customer's performance of service procedures. Customer is responsible for proper disposal of all contaminated material and of contaminated parts that cannot be safely returned to Xoft. Customer shall maintain a backup copy of all software and related data. Customer shall properly train (or have trained by Xoft) its personnel in the use and application of the Controller.

Access and Service Safety. Customer will provide Affymetrix and its designees reasonable and safe access to all Affymetrix Instruments and Systems for the provision of any services and for any audit of compliance with Affymetrix’ installation and operational guidelines. If environmental or operational contamination creates a hazard for Affymetrix personnel, Affymetrix may supervise Customer’s performance of service procedures. Customer is responsible for proper disposal of all contaminated material and of contaminated parts that cannot be safely returned to Affymetrix. Any Affymetrix services that Affymetrix may provide in connection with the activities contemplated by this paragraph shall be deemed not to be Covered Services, and Customer shall reimburse Affymetrix at Affymetrix’ then-current service call fees, including all labor, parts and zone charges, for all such work of Affymetrix or its designee.
Access and Service Safety. Buyer will provide PacBio and its designees reasonable and safe access to all Instruments for the provision of any services and for any audit of compliance with PacBio’s installation and operational guidelines. If environmental or operational contamination creates a hazard for PacBio personnel, PacBio may instead elect to supervise Buyer’s performance of service procedures. Buyer is responsible for proper disposal of all contaminated material and of contaminated parts and subassemblies that, in PacBio’s discretion, cannot be safely returned to PacBio. Any services that PacBio or its designee may provide in connection with the activities contemplated by this paragraph are not Covered Services.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.
