Contaminated Material definition

Contaminated Material means wastes or other materials exposed to or tainted by chemical, radiological, or biological substances or agents.
Contaminated Material means all material collected by the recycling vehicles that is not considered Recyclable Material as defined in this contract. Contaminated Materials including but not limited to: garbage, food waste, food tainted items, pizza boxes, egg cartons, wax- coated cartons, ice-cream cartons, aluminum foil, Styrofoam cups and plates, aerosol cans, propane tanks, and helium tanks.
Contaminated Material means wastes or other materials exposed to or tainted by chemical, radiological, or biolog- ical substances or agents.

Contaminated Material means any natural or man-made material that contains small amounts of Hazardous Substance(s) in a concentration less than that which would trigger HART’s handling, transport, and disposal of Hazardous Material or Hazardous Waste. This also includes any regulated material, such as petroleum-contaminated soil, that upon exposure may pose an existing or potential threat to human health or the environment.
