Access by Authorized Users. Provide each Authorized User with a unique login username and password combination (an “Authentication Credential”), which District and its employees shall not disclose to any other person (including, but not limited to, other employees of District) other than the Authorized User for which SI&A issues the Authentication Credential. SI&A will issue Authentication Credentials for new Authorized Users during the Agreement Term. Such new Authentication Credentials shall be subject to the restrictions and requirements set forth above in this section pertaining to Authorized Users and Authentication Credentials.
Access by Authorized Users. A Customer subscription allows an Authorized User to access and use the Services. A subscription is required for each Authorized User. Each Authorized User must agree to the User Terms to activate their access and use of the Services. The Customer must take reasonable steps to ensure that all Authorized Users keep their user identification and password or any other means of authentication for the Services strictly confidential in accordance with the User Terms.
Access by Authorized Users. 3.1 Licensee shall take commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that only Authorized Users are permitted access to the Licensed Materials. Licensee shall make all Authorized Users aware of the terms herein regarding use of the Licensed Material. Licensee will issue passwords or other access information only to Authorized Users and use reasonable efforts to ensure that Authorized Users do not divulge their passwords otheraccess information to any third party.
3.2 Licensee will monitor compliance of its Authorized Users with the terms of this Agreement. Licensee will promptly upon becoming aware of any significant unauthorized use or other breach, inform the Publisher of such fact and take all reasonable steps, including disciplinary action, both to ensure that such activity ceases and to prevent any recurrence. Licensee shall at all time remain responsible for its Authorized Users and their use of the Licensed Material.
3.3 Licensee will keep full and up-to-date records of all IP addresses used in connection with the Secure Network and promptly provide the Publisher with details of any additions, deletions or other alterations as requested.
Access by Authorized Users. Certain Services may only be accessed by Authorized Users. Authorized Users may access and use the Services, subject to the restrictions of their user credentials set by Customer (such as unique security levels, logins and passwords) per Crane’s access control protocols on the Crane Platform. Customer is solely responsible for all activities that occur on or through its Authorized Users’ accounts, any misuse of Authorized Users’ user credentials, the acts and omissions of its Authorized Users, and its or their failure to comply with Crane’s access control protocols.
Access by Authorized Users. Client shall be solely responsible for ensuring that access by all users are Authorized Users including, but not limited to (a) ensuring that all persons to which Client grants access have end user profiles that comply with applicable security and confidentiality policies of Client; (b) issuing passwords to Authorized Users and ensuring the integrity and security of the passwords after their issuance; and (c) implementing any changes to Authorized Users’ profiles and access rights commensurate with such Authorized Users’ level of authority to utilize the Services.
Access by Authorized Users. Client shall not permit access to the Services to anyone other than Authorized Users. Authorized Users shall at all times comply with the terms of this Agreement, and Client and its Affiliates shall be responsible for the acts and omissions of Authorized Users.
Access by Authorized Users. During the Subscription Term of the Agreement, City shall have the right to permit its Authorized Users to access and use the Hosted Services on behalf of City through the administrative portal of the Hosted Services. City agrees (on behalf of itself and its Authorized Users) that: (a) in registering to access the Hosted Services, City and Authorized Users will provide true, accurate and complete information; (b) City and Authorized Users will maintain the confidentiality and security of the login credentials used to access the Hosted Services (“Login Credentials”); (c) City and Authorized Users will not transfer, share, disclose or resell such Login Credentials or otherwise share or transfer access to the Hosted Services to any third party;
Access by Authorized Users. Jurisdiction shall not allow use of the EFD System by any individual other than Authorized Users. Jurisdiction and its Authorized Users shall have access to the EFD System only via a login name and password mechanism. Each Jurisdiction has executed an EFD System Entitlement & Settings Form, designating a State Super Account Administrator, who shall also serve as the initial Regulator Administrator. The Regulator Administrator shall be responsible for authorizing additional Authorized Users, including any additional Regulator Administrators, on behalf of Jurisdiction. Jurisdiction shall be responsible for ensuring that each Authorized User is assigned and uses his or her own individual login name. Jurisdiction shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the protection of such login names and passwords and that only Authorized Users access and use the EFD System.
Access by Authorized Users. The Agency shall implement security safeguards with respect to ICANS in accordance with this Section and the ICANS xXxxxxx.
5.6.1. Upon approval, DBH shall issue a unique user ID, password and/or other security measure, as described in the ICANS xXxxxxx, to each Authorized User to permit the Authorized User to access the ICANS. DBH shall issue user IDs, passwords and/or other security measures based on the information given by the Agency, and such other information as DBH determines appropriate.
5.6.2. The unique user ID, password and/or other security measure shall be provided directly to the Authorized User. DBH shall notify the Agency’s AIA of the issuance of the user IDs, passwords and/or other security measures to their Authorized Users.
5.6.3. The Agency’s AIA shall inform DBH when an individual is removed from their list of Authorized Users. DBH will immediately cancel and de-activate the user ID, password and/or other security measure of any individual who is no longer an Authorized User.
