Access Lists. Landlord shall require each Datacenter Tenant (defined below) to provide an access list (as updated and/or modified from time to time by the applicable Datacenter Tenant, a “Datacenter Tenant Access List”) designating employees of such Datacenter Tenant that are permitted to enter the Datacenter. Each employee designated by each Datacenter Tenant on each Datacenter Tenant Access List shall receive a security authorization (an “Access Authorization”). If any person seeking to gain access to the Datacenter (other than any Landlord Party) is not on a current Datacenter Tenant Access List, then such person shall be refused access to the Datacenter; provided that so long as an employee or representative of any Datacenter Tenant has escort authorization as specifically indicated on a current Datacenter Tenant Access List, such employee or representative of a Datacenter Tenant may escort any visitor including, without limitation, any vendor, supplier, partner, customer or visitor of the applicable Datacenter Tenant that is not on a Datacenter Tenant Access List to and/or within the Datacenter. In no event shall Landlord permit any representative or employee of any Datacenter Tenant that does not have escort authorization to escort any person that is not on a Datacenter Tenant Access List to and/or within the Datacenter. “Datacenter Tenant” means a tenant of the Datacenter (including Tenant).

Access Lists. The HSP shall develop a daily list of authorized personnel, vehicles and vessels that may have access to the ship area. This list will be given to the ship’s FP officers, security guards, and HSP employees and subcontractor employees as required. For individuals, the list will include their full name, identification number, company, time and duration of visit, and purpose of their work. For vehicles, the list will include a description of the vehicle, license plate number, driver’s name, time and duration of visit, and purpose of their work. For vessels, the list shall include the master’s name, vessel name, type, color, time and duration of visit, and purpose of their work.

  • White Pages Listings 5.1 BellSouth shall provide <<customer_name>> and their customers access to white pages directory listings under the following terms:

  • Subproviders and Suppliers List Pursuant to requirements of 43 Texas Administrative Code §9.350 et seq., the Engineer must provide the State a list (Exhibit H-5/DBE or Exhibit H-6/HUB) of all Subproviders and suppliers that submitted quotes or proposals for subcontracts.   • Customer List The Administrative Agent shall have received a true and complete customer list for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, which list shall state the customer’s name, mailing address and phone number and shall be certified as true and correct by a Financial Officer.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements.   • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions: 15.1.1.1 CBT will publish the Primary Listing of CLEC Directory Customers located within the geographic scope of its White Pages directory and will recover costs for both resale and facility based Customers in accordance with the Act.

  • Equipment List 1. All items of equipment to be purchased with funds under this Contract must be itemized in Grantee’s equipment list as finally approved by the System Agency in the executed Contract.   • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2.   • Data Use Each party may use Connected Account Data in accordance with this Agreement and the consent (if any) each obtains from each Connected Account. This consent includes, as to Stripe, consent it receives via the Connected Account Agreement.

  • Access to Public Records No records of District shall be made available for public inspection or copying by NWRDC, NWESD, or XXXXX without express written authorization of District. Requests pursuant to RCW 42.17 for inspection or copying of public records of District, held or maintained by NWRDC shall be referred to District.
