Enterprise customers definition

Enterprise customers means our customers who contribute $500,000 or more to our revenues in a calendar year;
Enterprise customers means any End-User to whom the RL supplies an Enterprise Service;
Enterprise customers means Customers who purchase the “Enterprise” subscription plan.

Enterprise customers means all customers other than Carrier Customers.
Enterprise customers means all private sector (i.e., non-governmental) customers of the Business that purchase or license Dynaflow or TrafficCarma software or services (including any updated versions thereof), or any associated engineering services, including but not limited to those customers listed on Annex 1. “Enterprise Revenue” means, for any earnout period, revenue from all Enterprise Customers of the Business that is recognized during such period in accordance with GAAP and as may be modified to conform to Accounting Standards Codification 606. Annex 2 sets forth, for illustrative purposes, Enterprise Revenue for the period from January 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020. “Environmental Laws” means any federal, state, or local Law, Order, binding directive, judgment, Permit, or regulation or the common law relating to the environment, occupational health and safety, or exposure of Persons or property to Materials of Environmental Concern, including any statute, regulation, administrative decision, or Order pertaining to (a) the presence of or the treatment, storage, disposal, generation, transportation, handling, distribution, manufacture, processing, use, import, export, labeling, recycling, registration, investigation, or remediation of Materials of Environmental Concern or documentation related to the foregoing; (b) air, water, and noise pollution; (c) groundwater and soil contamination; (d) the release or threatened release into the environment, workplace or other areas of Materials of Environmental Concern, including emissions, discharges, injections, spills, escapes, or dumping of Materials of Environmental Concern; (e) transfer of interests in or control of real property that may be contaminated; (f) community or worker right-to-know disclosures with respect to Materials of Environmental Concern; (g) the protection of wildlife, marine life, and wetlands, and endangered and threatened species; (h) storage tanks, vessels, containers, abandoned or discarded barrels, and other closed receptacles; and (i) health and safety of employees and other Persons.
