Enterprise customers means all private sector (i.e., non-governmental) customers of the Business that purchase or license Dynaflow or TrafficCarma software or services (including any updated versions thereof), or any associated engineering services, including but not limited to those customers listed on Annex 1. “Enterprise Revenue” means, for any earnout period, revenue from all Enterprise Customers of the Business that is recognized during such period in accordance with GAAP and as may be modified to conform to Accounting Standards Codification 606.
