Common use of Access to Employer Premises Clause in Contracts

Access to Employer Premises. ‌ Duly authorized representatives of the Union shall have access at reasonable times to those areas of the Employer’s premises that are open to the general public. Access to the Employer’s premises shall be subject to the same general rules applicable to other non-employees and shall not interfere with or disturb the normal operation of the Employer. Advocates and other worker representatives shall perform representational activities or other Union business with individual providers only during the non-working time of the individual provider and shall not otherwise interfere with the work of individual providers or home care services provided.
