Notification of Xxxx Leave. Any employee who is unable to report for work due to illness or is delayed, is responsible for insuring that his/her immediate supervisor is notified as far in advance of the start of the employees scheduled shift or within one hour prior to or after the starting time, or in an emergency situation as soon as is practical. Supervisors shall post or distribute the names of contact persons, alternate contacts and phone numbers.
