Access to family leave by a probationary Employee shall constitute a break in the Employee’s continuous service.
Family Leave An employee who has been employed for at least thirty (30) days is entitled to up to five (5) days of unpaid leave during each calendar year to meet responsibilities related to:
Family Medical Leave (a) An employee is entitled to family medical leave in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act.
Family Medical Leave or Critical Illness Leave a) Family Medical Leave or Critical Illness leaves granted to an employee under this Article shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act, as amended.
