Accidental Hospitalization. If an Insured Person suffers an Injury due to an Accident and such Injury requires the Insured Person to be Hospitalized as an In-patient then We will cover the costs incurred on Medical Expenses up to the limit specified in the Policy Schedule or Certificate of Insurance provided that:

Accidental Hospitalization. If an Insured Person suffers an Injury due to an Accident during the Policy Period then, We shall reimburse the amount up to the limit specified against this benefit in the Policy Schedule, towards the Medical Expenses incurred in respect of a medical treatment or Surgery for the Injury sustained, provided that: ⚫ The treatment is availed in a Hospital or Day Care Centre in India ⚫ The Insured Person’s Admission to Hospital for Medically Necessary Treatment is within 7 days of the occurrence of the Accident. ⚫ The Medical Expenses incurred are Reasonable and Customary ⚫ A deductible days are as mentioned in the policy schedule is applicable in respect of this cover. The payment under this benefit is over and above the Sum Insured of the opted Benefits under any other Benefit.

  • Hospitalization In the event an employee is hospitalized overnight, the employee will have access to their EIB accrual at the first day of absence due to the hospitalization. Same day surgery, if requiring five (5) or more days of recovery, may also be paid from the employee’s EIB account.

  • Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance The plan provides accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage in an amount equal to your basic group life insurance (two times your current annual salary). Coverage is provided 24 hours per day, anywhere in the world, for any accident resulting in death, dismemberment, paralysis, loss of use, or loss of speech or hearing. If you sustain an injury caused by an accident occurring while the policy is in force which results in one of the following losses, within 365 days of the accident, the benefit shown will be paid to you.   • Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (a) The Employer will pay 100% of the premiums for the group life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance plans.

  • Dental Care Plan The Welfare Plan will include a Dental Care Plan which will reimburse members for expenses incurred in respect of the coverages summarized in Appendix "1". The Plan will not duplicate benefits provided now or which may be provided in the future by any government program.
