Accidents/Incidents. 42.1 If a Vehicle is damaged as a result of any conduct on the part of Transnet’s Personnel including any accident or collision:

Use of alcoholic beverages is not permitted on any Trinity United Church (1448 or 0000 0xx Xxx.) property unless prior permission is given by the Trinity United Church Official Board. Smoking and vaping is not permitted within any Trinity United Church Building (1448 and 0000 0xx Xxx.). Smoking and vaping outside is only permitted 5m or 15ft from any entrance or emergency exit. Only non-marking materials, such as Funtack or Hold It, may be used to affix items to the walls. Tacks or tape are not allowed as they may damage the walls. When the group is finished using the facilities, the space must be returned to the condition it was found.

Accidents will mean moving accidents or any incident involving Company equipment to include auxiliary equipment/spills or loss of product.

(a) Accidents for which the employee is at fault or for which his action or lack of action is a contributory factor, will result in disciplinary action, which may range from REPRIMAND TO DISMISSAL, according to the seriousness of the accident/incident. However, the driver will be absolved of blame if the accident/incident is proven to be caused by a mechanical failure and the Company will then be responsible for wages and expenses if the driver is required to appear in court relating to the accident/incident. Accidents will mean moving accidents or any incident involving company equipment to include auxiliary equipment/spills or loss of product.

Renter and student pilots will report all accidents, major and minor, to MAX AERO at once, together with the names and addresses of witnesses and involved parties, and in the event of accident, will not remove the airplane unless expressly authorized to do so by MAX AERO. Incidents must also be immediately reported to MAX AERO. Renter is responsible for all damage caused by renter’s negligence.
