Smoking and Vaping. We operate a non-smoking policy and do not allow the use of e-cigarettes or vaping products.
Smoking and Vaping. 25.1 Employees shall not smoke or vape in state buildings or in state-owned pool vehicles. An employee may not smoke or vape in the state-owned vehicle that is assigned to him/her.

Residence rooms and all common areas, such as floor lounges, study rooms, laundry rooms, elevators, washrooms, main floor foyers, stairwells and hallways are non-smoking areas. Smoking outside the buildings will take place only in designated smoking gazebos on campus. Please see section 3.12A for rules that apply to smoking cannabis products. At the request of the Residence Life Manager, the resident shall remove hookahs, shishas or any other smoking device from their accommodation.
Smoking and Vaping is prohibited anywhere inside the Property. Each year, smoking brings the highest fees to tenants who pay for damages caused during their lease term. Tenant should insist that no one smokes in Tenant’s home, or it will cost Tenant $530 for Landlord to wipe all Property walls, ceiling, and hard flooring with solvent and steam clean all Property carpeting. Tenant understands that any smoking odors and other effects are according to the sole opinion of Landlord.

The fire in the lounge includes a small basket of seasoned wood, fire lighter and matches, additional fire lighters and seasoned wood can be purchased locally.

The Hirer shall, and shall ensure that the Hirer’s invitees, comply with the prohibition of smoking and vaping in the public places provisions of the Health Act 2006 and regulations made thereunder. Any person who breaches this provision shall be asked to leave the premises. The Hirer shall ensure that anyone wishing to smoke or vape does so outside of the Scout Hut boundary.

We prefer you smoke between jobs, if it is a longer job and the homeowner is not around you may smoke at the truck.
