USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Funds provided under this Contract may not be used for the payment of salaries to any Subrecipient's employees who use alcoholic beverages while on active duty, for travel expenses expended for alcoholic beverages, or for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by adults of proper drinking age are permitted, as long as Tenants behave in a responsible manner as not to annoy Owner, neighbors, or other tenants of Xxxxx Xxxx Land Inc put them in xxxxx way. If underage drinking is discovered, Tenant will be removed from property and forfeit any monies paid for remainder of stay.

The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for Association meetings, provided however, that the Association will be required to pay for any additional custodial cost involved by reason of said meetings. The Principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of such meeting.

  • Lottery Unless otherwise exempted in the Public School Code, if more students apply than can be admitted based on the School’s enrollment cap, admission decisions will be made by a lottery processxlii.   • Food and Beverages No food or beverage may be brought onto the Ship without City Cruises’ prior authorization, granted in City Cruises’ sole discretion. No food or beverage may be removed from the Ship.

  • DRUGS & ALCOHOL Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.
