Accommodations and Meal Allowance. Any employee who is required to stay out of town overnight on authorization of the appropriate Manager shall be entitled to suitable accommodation paid by the Company and reimbursement to a maximum of seventy ($70.00) dollars, for meals and other travel expenses (upon presentation of receipts).
