Accommodations for Employees with Disabilities. The University will provide each qualified Employee with a known disability with such reasonable accommodation(s) as are necessary for the performance of their employment functions, unless the accommodation(s) would impose an undue hardship as provided under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Accommodations for Employees with Disabilities. The University will provide reasonable accommodations to employees with a disability as defined by federal, state, or local law to allow them to perform the essential functions of their work. Routine submission of proof of disability status will not be required beyond initial submission unless the accommodation changes or similar reasons exist. Employees should follow the University's policy for requesting accommodations.
