Account Information Rights for Authorized Users. You allow us to discuss your Account with an Authorized User. This includes giving him or her access to your Account information and history. You also agree that an Authorized User may use and receive information about the Account the same way you do. An Authorized User can't add other Authorized Users, adjust the credit limit or close the Account. Information about Authorized Users. You agree to give us certain personal information about each Authorized User. You must let each one know that you'll give us that information and you must have his or her permission to do so. You must have permission from each one to allow us to share information about him or her as allowed by applicable law. This includes information we may get from you, any Authorized User and others. It also includes information about their Transactions on the Account. Default. We may require immediate payment of your total Account balance, to the extent allowed by law, if any of the following occur:

Account Information Rights for Authorized Users. You allow us to discuss your Account with an Authorized User. This includes giving him or her access to your Account information and history. You also agree that an Authorized User may use and receive information about the Account the same way you do. An Authorized User can’t add other Authorized Users, adjust the credit limit or close the Account. We report information about this Account to Consumer Reporting Agencies in the Authorized User’s name that may appear on their credit report. This could include information about: • Late Payments; • Overlimit Amounts; • Returned Payments; and • Other violations of this Agreement. You must let each Authorized User know that we report Account information in his or her name. If you want to remove an Authorized User from your Account, you must contact Customer Service and request their removal. You also must immediately destroy all SoFi Credit Cards in their possession and cancel any transactions that they may have set up on your Account before their removal. You will be responsible for transactions that they set up before they were removed even if these amounts do not appear on your Account until later. Authorized Users may remove themselves from your Account upon request. You will be in default under this Agreement if you: • Fail to pay any Minimum Payment on or before the applicable Payment Date; • Materially breach any of the terms of this Agreement; • File or become the subject of a bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding; • Give us any false, incomplete or misleading information; • Become legally incapacitated or die; or • Are in default under the terms of any other agreement you have with us, SoFi or any of its affiliates; If you are in default, we may. subject to any notice of default and right to cure or other limitation of applicable law, take any of the following actions: • Continue charging you interest on your outstanding Balance; • Lower your credit limit; • Decline or otherwise limit your ability to make Transactions; • Report information about your Account to the credit reporting bureaus; • Require you to immediately pay all or any portion of your total outstanding Balance (this action may also be taken upon death); • Begin collections activities and require you to pay for associated costs; or • Suspend or close your Account; When your Account is closed, you must: • Return or destroy all SoFi Credit Cards; • Stop using your Account to make payments and cancel any such payments that may be automatic or re...

  • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.

  • Account Information Disclosure We will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transfers you make:

  • Account Information The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for any ATM deposit transactions and our Funds Availability Policy.

  • Authorized Uses The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses"). In addition, the Licensed Materials may be used for purposes of research, education or other non-commercial use as particularly follows:

  • Privacy of Customer Information Company Customer Information in the possession of the Agent, other than information independently obtained by the Agent and not derived in any manner from or using information obtained under or in connection with this Agreement, is and shall remain confidential and proprietary information of the Companies. Except in accordance with this Section 10.10, the Agent shall not use any Company Customer Information for any purpose, including the marketing of products or services to, or the solicitation of business from, Customers, or disclose any Company Customer Information to any Person, including any of the Agent’s employees, agents or contractors or any third party not affiliated with the Agent. The Agent may use or disclose Company Customer Information only to the extent necessary (i) for examination and audit of the Agent’s activities, books and records by the Agent’s regulatory authorities, (ii) to protect or exercise the Agent’s, the Custodian’s and the Lenders’ rights and privileges or (iii) to carry out the Agent’s, the Custodian’s and the Lenders’ express obligations under this Agreement and the other Facilities Papers (including providing Company Customer Information to Approved Investors), and for no other purpose; provided that the Agent may also use and disclose the Company Customer Information as expressly permitted by the relevant Company in writing, to the extent that such express permission is in accordance with the Privacy Requirements. The Agent shall take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that each Person to which the Agent intends to disclose Company Customer Information, before any such disclosure of information, agrees to keep confidential any such Company Customer Information and to use or disclose such Company Customer Information only to the extent necessary to protect or exercise the Agent’s, the Custodian’s and the Lenders’ rights and privileges, or to carry out the Agent’s, the Custodian’s and the Lenders’ express obligations, under this Agreement and the other Facilities Papers (including providing Company Customer Information to Approved Investors). The Agent agrees to maintain an Information Security Program and to assess, manage and control risks relating to the security and confidentiality of Company Customer Information pursuant to such program in the same manner as the Agent does so in respect of their own customers’ information, and shall implement the standards relating to such risks in the manner set forth in the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards for Safeguarding Company Customer Information set forth in 12 CFR Parts 30, 208, 211, 225, 263, 308, 364, 568 and 570. Without limiting the scope of the foregoing sentence, the Agent shall use at least the same physical and other security measures to protect all Company Customer Information in the Agent’s possession or control as the Agent uses for their own customers’ confidential and proprietary information.

  • Client Information Protected Health Information in any form including without limitation, Electronic Protected Health Information or Unsecured Protected Health Information (herein “PHI”);
