Accounting and Auditing Standards; Financial Management Systems; Records Retention. (a) The Recipients must maintain project accounts according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as issued by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) or its successor. The Recipients must maintain Generally Accepted Accounting Principles-compliant project accounts, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles requirements relating to the reporting of infrastructure assets. (b) The Recipients must comply with federal standards for financial management systems. Each Recipient agrees that, at a minimum, its fiscal control and accounting procedures will be sufficient to permit preparation of reports required by the federal government and tracking of Project funds to a level of expenditure adequate to establish that such funds have not been used in violation of federal or state law or the terms of this Agreement. To the extent applicable, each Recipient is bound by, and must comply with, the provisions and requirements of the federal Single Audit Act of 1984 and 2 CFR Part 200, subpart F, and updates or revisions, thereto. (c) Without limitation of the requirement to maintain Project accounts in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, the Recipients must: i. Establish an official file for the Project which adequately documents all significant actions relative to the Project; ii. Establish separate accounts which will adequately and accurately depict all amounts received and expended on the Project, including all assistance funds received under this Agreement; iii. Establish separate accounts which will adequately depict all income received which is attributable to the Project, specifically including any income attributable to assistance funds disbursed under this Agreement; iv. Establish an accounting system which will accurately depict final total costs of the Project, including both direct and indirect costs; v. Establish such accounts and maintain such records as may be necessary for the State to fulfill federal reporting requirements, including any and all reporting requirements under federal tax statutes or regulations; and vi. If a force account is used by the Recipients for any phase of the Project, other than for planning, design, and construction engineering and administration provided for by allowance, accounts will be established which reasonably document all employee hours charged to the Project and the associated tasks performed by each employee.   • Financial Management, Financial Reports and Audits 1. The Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.09 of the General Conditions. 2. Without limitation on the provisions of Part A of this Section, the Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter, interim unaudited financial reports for the Project covering the quarter, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association. 3. The Recipient shall have its Financial Statements audited in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.09(b) of the General Conditions. Each audit of the Financial Statements shall cover the period of one (1) fiscal year of the Recipient. The audited Financial Statements for each such period shall be furnished to the Association not later than six (6) months after the end of such period.

  • Financial Management; Financial Reports; Audits 1. The Recipient shall ensure that a financial management system is maintained in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.07 of the Standard Conditions. 2. The Recipient shall ensure that interim unaudited financial reports for the Project are prepared and furnished to the World Bank not later than forty five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter, covering the quarter, in form and substance satisfactory to the World Bank. 3. The Recipient shall have its Financial Statements for the Project audited in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.07(b) of the Standard Conditions. Each such audit of the Financial Statements shall cover the period of one fiscal year of the Recipient. The audited Financial Statements for each such period shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than six (6) months after the end of such period.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Accounting and Financial Reporting 7.1 The Trustee shall maintain separate records and ledger accounts in respect of the Contributions deposited in the Trust Fund account and disbursements to Partner Entities made therefrom. 7.2 The Trustee shall furnish to the Donors current financial information relating to receipts, disbursements and fund balance in United States dollars of the Trust Fund with respect to the Contributions via the World Bank’s Trust Funds Donor Center secure website. Within six (6) months after all commitments and liabilities under the Trust Fund have been satisfied and the Trust Fund has been closed, the final financial information relating to receipts, disbursements and fund balance in United States dollars of the Trust Fund with respect to the Contributions will be made available to the Donors via the World Bank’s Trust Funds Donor Center secure website. 7.3 The Trustee shall provide to the Donors, within six (6) months following the end of each Trustee fiscal year, an annual single audit report, comprising: (a) a management assertion together with an attestation from the Trustee’s external auditors concerning the adequacy of internal control over cash-based financial reporting for all cash-based trust funds as a whole; and (b) a combined financial statement for all cash-based trust funds together with the Trustee’s external auditor’s opinion thereon. The cost of the single audit shall be borne by the Trustee. 7.4 If a Donor wishes to request, on an exceptional basis, a financial statement audit by the Trustee’s external auditors of the Trust Fund, the Donor and the Trustee shall first consult as to whether such an external audit is necessary. The Trustee and the Donor shall agree on the appropriate scope and terms of reference of such audit. Following agreement on the scope and terms of reference, the Trustee shall arrange for such external audit. The costs of any such audit, including the internal costs of the Trustee with respect to such audit, shall be paid by the requesting Donor. 7.5 The Trustee shall furnish the Steering Committee and each Donor with: (a) copies of all unaudited or audited financial reports; and (b) any other relevant financial information received from the Partner Entities.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement. Nothing in this section is intended to prescribe the use of particular designs or technologies or to prevent the use of alternative technologies, provided they result in substantially equivalent or greater access to and use of a Product.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”

  • Fund Valuation and Financial Reporting Services (1) Account for Fund share purchases, sales, exchanges, transfers, dividend reinvestments, and other Fund share activity as reported by the Fund’s transfer agent on a timely basis. (2) Apply equalization accounting as directed by the Fund. (3) Determine net investment income (earnings) for the Fund as of each valuation date. Account for periodic distributions of earnings to shareholders and maintain undistributed net investment income balances as of each valuation date. (4) Maintain a general ledger and other accounts, books, and financial records for the Fund in the form as agreed upon. (5) Determine the net asset value of the Fund according to the accounting policies and procedures set forth in the Fund’s current prospectus. (6) Calculate per share net asset value, per share net earnings, and other per share amounts reflective of Fund operations at such time as required by the nature and characteristics of the Fund. (7) Communicate to the Fund, at an agreed upon time, the per share net asset value for each valuation date. (8) Prepare monthly reports that document the adequacy of accounting detail to support month-end ledger balances. (9) Prepare monthly security transactions listings.
