Accounting of hours. Unless no other statements are written in the contract, the minimum hourly rate is 100CHF, this does not refer to hardware, websites and services (eg. web publishing). Each hour of work consists of six periods, each has 10 minutes. Only fully worked 10 minutes will be charged. The amount of work that has not reached 10 minutes limitation will not be charged.

Accounting of hours. Minor shall account for all hours worked in Fiscal Year 2014/2015, and shall provide that accounting to the City Manager prior to May 1, 2015 and thereafter on a monthly basis or as otherwise requested by the City Manager. Coalinga and Minor shall enroll Minor with PERS as a retired annuitant and account for hours worked as required by PERS Statutes, Regulations, and Circulars.
Accounting of hours. 26.3.1 An annual accounting of hours completed in the individual program of professional growth, verified by the school principal shall be submitted to the district by the participant by August 31 of each year. The district will maintain for each participating unit member a written record of the total balance remaining needed to complete the individual program of professional growth by a specified date so named.

  • Reduction of Hours The Employer shall not reduce the weekly hours of work of an employee for the purpose of replacing such hours with another employee at a lower hourly rate of pay.

  • Spread of Hours The ordinary hours of work prescribed in this agreement shall be between the hours of 6.00 am and 6.00 pm on any day or all of the days of the week, Monday to Friday. The spread of hours may be varied by mutual agreement between the parties to meet specific needs of the Company or employees.

  • Span of Hours (a) The ordinary hours of work for a day worker will be between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.

  • List of Holidays a) The Employer recognizes the following paid holidays: New Year’s Day Labour Day Family Day Thanksgiving Day Good Friday Christmas Day Easter Monday Boxing Day Victoria Day Civic Holiday (deferred to Christmas Shutdown) Canada Day Plus, any other day(s) declared or proclaimed as a Statutory Holiday by the Federal or Provincial Government. The Employer shall post a list no later than December 15th of each year stating on which day the Civic Holiday and any other deferred holiday will be observed.

  • Holiday Coinciding with a Day of Vacation Where an employee is on vacation leave and a day of paid holiday falls within that period, the paid holiday shall not count as a day of vacation.

  • Arrangement of Hours (a) The ordinary hours of work, exclusive of meal times, shall not exceed an average of 38 hours per week.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and employee.

  • Verification of Sick Leave 1. An employee who shall be absent on sick leave for three (3) or more consecutive working days shall be required to submit acceptable medical evidence substantiating the illness.
