Accumulation of Sick Days. (A) Chief Officers shall be credited with sick days in accordance with the following formula 1/1/88: one and one quarter (1¼) days shall be credited for each month of service, not to exceed fifteen (15) days per calendar year. C) Employees promoted to Local 2058 who are already enrolled in the City's Annual Sick Leave Conversion Plan shall remain under the Plan as set forth below. All other Local 2058 bargaining unit members shall have the option of enrolling in the below Plan, but once enrolled must remain enrolled.
