Accumulation of Unpaid Child Care Leave. Unpaid childcare leave may be granted for a maximum of four (4) consecutive semesters, including that portion of the semester in which the leave begins.

Child Care Leave (a) An employee who is the natural or adoptive parent shall be granted, upon request in writing, child care leave without pay for a period of up to thirty-seven (37) weeks.
