ACCUMULATION USE. Compensatory time off will be arranged by mutual agreement with the supervisor within a reasonable time of the request, but no later than 21 days in advance. Request that create an unreasonable burden on SECC’s ability to provide safe and quality services to the public shall be denied. Compensatory time approved shall not be revoked because overtime may result, except in case of requests to utilize compensatory time off for holidays, the day before a holiday or the day after a holiday.
