Acting director. An acting director may be appointed after ten (10) successive days of absence of the director. The acting director will receive full differential as a director for the duration of his or her service.

Acting director. When the Director of a centre is absent from the centre for five or more consecutive days, another employee will be designated as Acting Director for the period of the Directors absence. The Association will negotiate with the Acting Director for an appropriate temporary classification providing that the classification will be at least Grade 4 Step 5. The decision regarding an appropriate classification will take into account the training and experience of the Acting Director, the size of the child care service, and the expected period of absence of the Director.

  • Managing Director 1. The Managing Director shall be appointed by the Board of Governors from among candidates having the nationality of an ESM Member, relevant international experience and a high level of competence in economic and financial matters. Whilst holding office, the Managing Director may not be a Governor or Director or an alternate of either.

  • Director An Approved User who is generally a senior IT official of the Requester with the necessary expertise and authority to affirm the IT capacities at the Requester.
