JOB SHARE EMPLOYMENT. AT A GLANCE This clause applies to Council and its employees who are engaged on a permanent basis. Employees may agree with another employee, or employees, and Council to share the one job. Employees must agree with the other employee or employees on how to share the job, including the hours each employee will work. The arrangement will operate for a period of six months after which time Council will decide whether it may continue.
