ACTING ETHICALLY. The Supplier must conduct itself in a manner that does not invite, directly or indirectly, the Government Party’s officers, employees or agents or any public sector employee (as defined in the Public Xxxxxx Xxx 0000 (SA)) to behave unethically, to prefer private interests over the Government Party’s interests or to otherwise contravene the Code of Ethics for the South Australian Public Sector.

The Supplier agrees to adhere to Form1 Ethical Sourcing Policy and shall: (a) not engage in Modern Slavery, (b) comply with all Legislative Requirements relating to Modern Slavery including requirements relating to its business and operations and its affiliates and, to the extent applicable, its supply chains, (c) develop and maintain policies and procedures to avoid engaging in Modern Slavery, (d) notify Form1 upon becoming aware of any complaint or allegation that the Supplier, or any entity in its supply chain, has engaged in Modern Slavery, and otherwise provide Form1, within a reasonable period of time following a request by Form1, with all information required by Form1 to comply with its reporting obligations under the Modern Slavery Laws
