ACTING PAY ASSIGNMENTS. A. Whenever the Department assigns a non-supervisory employee as an acting on- site supervisor in the temporary absence of a full-time supervisor, such employee shall become eligible for additional compensation upon completion of a qualifying period of 15 working days in such assignment at their regular rate of compensation.
