Ad Hoc Requests. From time to time, the Issuer Entities may make requests that can reasonably be regarded as being related to but separate from the services contemplated by this Agreement (the “Services”) or that otherwise fall outside the ordinary course of business relationships such as the one contemplated under this Agreement (“Ad Hoc Requests”). Examples of Ad Hoc Requests include, but are not limited to, requests that would require Ameriprise to implement information technology modifications, participate in or respond to audits, inspections or compliance reviews, or respond to or comply with document requests. To the extent that Ameriprise’s compliance with an Ad Hoc Request would cause Ameriprise to incur additional material expenses, the Company and Ameriprise will mutually agree as to the payment of such expenses between the parties. Ameriprise reserves the right to refuse to comply with an Ad Hoc Request if the parties are unable to reach an agreement on payment of reasonable expenses unless payment of such expenses would violate FINRA rules and provided that consent to an agreement has not been unreasonably withheld; it being understood that consent shall not be deemed to be unreasonably withheld if the payment for such Ad Hoc Requests, individually or when aggregated with other amounts to be paid to Ameriprise pursuant to this Agreement, would violate FINRA rules. Payment for Ad Hoc Requests will be separate from and above the payments for the Services but shall be included as applicable, when calculating total compensation paid to Ameriprise for purposes of the limitations described in Section 6(d) hereof.

Ad Hoc Requests. During the Term, Client may make requests of PFSC that are not included in the scope of Services set forth in this Agreement. In such instances, all requests must be made by Client in writing, and PFSC shall respond to such requests in writing with a time and cost estimate to fulfill Client’s request. Only after obtaining Client’s written approval to the time and cost estimate will PFSC fulfill Client’s request and invoice Client for the agreed-upon amount.
Ad Hoc Requests. 7.5.1 NASO (or a Purchaser) may make reasonable ad-hoc requests for information relating to the provision of the Service and the Provider must provide any such requested information within an agreed timeframe that is reasonable for the information requested.
Ad Hoc Requests. Distributor shall provide such other information not otherwise contemplated in this Protocol as UFPC may reasonably request. Ad Hoc Requests. 15. The Department for the Economy will also provide timely access to information it holds relevant to the Fiscal Council’s analyses. The Department for the Economy will provide information, with appropriate quality assurance and assistance to understand it, as requested by the Fiscal Council. The information to be shared is expected to be statistical in nature, anonymised, or derived from information in the public domain. However as might be necessary and in line with the Department for the Economy Data Protection Policy, any sharing of personal information by the Department for the Economy to the Fiscal Council will require a data protection impact assessment; and for governance, transparency and accountability arrangements to be put in place including a separate data sharing agreement to safeguard that information according to UK GDPR requirements and Data Protection Act 2018.
Ad Hoc Requests. The Contractor shall respond to any ad hoc submission, processing or review requests from ADHS. ADHS shall provide at least a thirty (30) day notification for any ad hoc electronic data requests.
Ad Hoc Requests. During the Initial Term and each Renewal Term of this Agreement, CLIENT may make requests of PFSC that are not included in the scope of services included in Schedule 1 of this Agreement. In such instances, all requests must be made by [*] = CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT, MARKED BY BRACKETS, HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO RULE 406 OF THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED. CLIENT in writing, and PFSC shall, within five (5) Business Days of PFSC’s receipt of such written request, respond to such requests in writing with a time and cost estimate to fulfill CLIENT’s request. Only after obtaining CLIENT’s written approval to the time and cost estimate will PFSC fulfill CLIENT’s request and invoice CLIENT for the agreed-upon amount. Invoices for such ad hoc requests shall be subject to the provisions of Section 2.1 of this Agreement.
Ad Hoc Requests. The Variable Staff may respond to Ad Hoc Requests by Client, which may include one-time reports, application research, and other miscellaneous tasks. Ad Hoc Requests do not require ALLTEL resources to conduct enhancement feasibility analysis, nor do they change the way the ALLTEL Software functions. Additionally, Ad Hoc Requests are not defects (i.e., where the application does not perform as documented), incidents, or performance tuning. Ad Hoc Requests are referred to as Requests for Information Services (RIS), and are approved and prioritized in accordance with ALLTEL's Software Development Methodology Process described in Section 4.1.
